Agroforestry offers a middle way between exploitation and conservation. It can enrich ecosystems and people simultaneously. This is important in our time of booming civilizations and increasing ecological pressures.

 

Research and public opinion support more innovative practices. A lot of work has focused on warmer climates. However, there is a need for greater adoption here in New England.

This is a small non-profit organization dedicated to creative, direct promotion of agroforestry and other innovative practices in this region.
